Speech and translation

The app uses your microphone only after permission and starting a session. Raw audio is not saved by the app. On-device speech only is enabled by default; unsupported on-device speech stops with an explanation. If you explicitly disable this setting, Apple's online speech recognition may receive audio. Apple's system services are governed by Apple's privacy policy and applicable service notices. Apple Translation processes text on the device after required language downloads.

Local information

Recent conversation phrases remain in memory until cleared or the app closes. Phrases you explicitly save and audio preferences are stored in the app's private local container. The remaining translation-minute balance and identifiers used to prevent crediting the same Apple transaction twice are stored in the iPhone Keychain. Device backups may include this data according to your iPhone backup settings. Quant Solutions operates no translation server, user account system, advertising, tracking, or app analytics SDK for this app.

Purchases

Apple processes optional minute-pack purchases through the App Store. The app verifies Apple's signed StoreKit transaction and stores only the resulting local minute balance and transaction identifier. Quant Solutions does not receive your payment-card details. Apple's handling of purchase and account information is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Your controls

Stop recording at any time. Revoke microphone and speech permissions in Settings. Delete individual saved phrases or confirm Delete all saved translations in the app. Export creates a copy through the iOS share sheet; the selected destination controls that copy. Deleting in the app does not remove previously exported copies, purchase records held by Apple, or existing device backups.

Support and this website

If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send and use it to respond. Please avoid sending sensitive conversations. This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes normal network request information, such as IP address, for delivery and security. The site uses no advertising cookies or analytics scripts. These pages do not receive translations or microphone audio from the app.

Retention and requests

Saved phrases remain until you delete them or remove the app. Contact support to request access to or deletion of support correspondence. We may retain records where required to resolve outstanding issues or meet applicable obligations.
